The Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival is a celebration
and demonstration of great Scottish cooking and excellent
produce from both within Scotland's first National Park,
and throughout Scotland. From the farmers to the chefs,
the Festival will whet your appetite by tasting and
selling game and fresh fish, tasty soups and bread,
succulent roast meat and vegetables, and washing it
down with tasty beer and whisky.
We will be updating the website regularly with the tasty businesses coming along but why not keep your appetite at bay by visiting our great Valvona & Crolla Foodhall in Jenners or our Farmers Market every first and third Sunday of each month - both at Loch Lomond Shores.www.lochlomondshores.com
In addition to our own home grown produce we have a
Continental Market who will be sharing their specialities
from their home grounds including Spanish paella, German
sausages and the most sticky baklava you have ever tried.
There will be live folk music, kids activitites including a chance to milk Mabel the cow, and a brand new KId Zone where the family can play mini golf, try out the climbing wall, the bouncy castle or if you are very energetic climb up the top of the giant inflatable slide (charges apply for these activities).
The food and drink
stalls will tantalise your taste buds with fresh
bread baking, tasty venison burgers to eat, haggis, fresh scones, soup, jams and a host of locally produced
fayre to try and buy.
If you are looking for something
a little stronger than coffee to drink, then you
