Rapscallion handcraft their unique soda recipes in Glasgow. Their flavourful combos include Mr Pink (rhubarb, pink grapefruit and Szechuan pepper), Tiki (pineapple, coconut, ginger, cinammon) and Scottish Strawberry (strawberry, black pepper and lime).
This artisan gin has come a long way since it was first distilled two years ago in a small kitchen still by Cameron and June McCann. Each run of 370 bottles now comes from a 420-litre copper still, with a focus on quality and taste.
