Event Details

We are delighted to be offering cooking demonstrations at Loch Lomond Springfest this year.

Martin Sweeney is our highly qualified chef who will be hosting the cookery marquee and demos.
A local lad who is now based in London, honed his culinary skills at the five-star Cameron House Hotel, right here on Loch Lomond. He then headed for the bright lights of London where he is currently head chef with Tramshed, part of the HIX Group of restaurants, where he has been based for the past six years cooking up a storm in Covent Garden.
Martin will be using all Scottish produce in his demos and will be cooking up delights such as Loch Lomond Whisky smoked salmon, seafood/fish dishes and a Scottish Venison dish.

Demos at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm each day lasting about an hour – with a Q&A session towards the end of each.
