This year, The Shore will open at Loch Lomond Shores and will boast a restaurant, spa, and a wedding & events venue. Focusing on using high quality, local produce their chefs have put together 2 tantalising dishes to demonstrate on the day putting an innovative and tasty twist on traditional Scottish cuisine. It is a great opportunity to learn some handy new tips and of course have a taste! Both exciting cooking demonstrations will give guests a flavour of what will be on offer at The Shore.
Flavour Magic, 1-1:30pm
At Flavourmagic, they understand all about cooking with fresh seasonal produce and strive to provide a range of seasonings that work in harmony with local produce to enhance the natural flavours, whilst at the same time giving a magical touch. Join founder Tim as he demonstrates how to use their fabulous range of salt infusions, spice blends and herb rubs.

Mark Williams of Galloway Wild Foods will demonstrate how to make quick and delicious snacks and meals from the vibrant, healthy plants you can pick for free around Scotland. Learn how to make foraged sushi, wild pesto, seaweed broths and lots more in this fascinating exploration of Scotland’s natural wild larder.

Mark will share his experiences working with barmen from around the world and explore how to make your own bittersweet vermouths, floral champagnes, herbal meads and delicious wild cocktails using everyday plants.
